concept for initial memorization of target language phrases﹕ prompt, wait, check

Learning algorithms like fsrs are concerned w/ not forgetting already learned (whatever that means) items. Thus, we need a good flow to initially memorize a learning item, especially when it's complex, like a foreign language phrase. Here is one such concept I currently quite like:

1. Prompt the learner to remember the phrase (however they see fit)
2. Wait a short interval, perhaps 3 seconds
3. Check if the phrase has been remembered in the usual SR flow
